ACTION PISTOL
Over the years On-Target has worked closely with regular competition shooters from the various national organizations to develop a shooting activity here at the range that allows everyone an opportunity to practice shooting at targets representative of the ones they might see in regular competition. Since there are two different national organizations, each with their own shooting drills, we have adopted some of each and call it “Action Pistol.”
We schedule three events each month open to ALL interested shooters. We have beginners through Master level shooting at these events and have set up the scoring system so that you really only compete against yourself. In this way you develop into a better shooter without the pressure of trying to compete against a more experienced competitor.
Everyone that comes out to shoot is ALWAYS welcome and those just getting started in the sport will find that this group of shooters is really there to help you. Any problems or questions they are ready to assist before, during, or after the match.
Visitors are welcome as well to watch these events. They must, as all shooters do, follow the safety rules and abide by the direction of the RSO’s.
