• As a member, compete in four (4) On Target Practical Pistol Matches,
  and demonstrate proficiency, you qualify for an:
  ON TARGET: Holster - Double Tap permit
  This privilege will allow you (Members ONLY) use of Bay 1 when not in scheduled use.
  You may practice draw from holster, magazine changes and fast double taps.
  There will be a fee of $6.00 for private (or with other permit holders) use of the bay.
  This fee will include $2.00 worth of targets.
